What are the products made of?
Most pieces are printed in plant-based PLA+; parts exposed to water or heat use PETG. Both are odourless and safe for daily use.
When will my order ship?
Personalised items ship within 2–4 business days, stock items within 1–2. During busy seasons we confirm the lead time with your order.
How do I send the name? Can I see a preview?
Just type it into the order form or WhatsApp. We send a digital preview before printing and start production after your approval.
Can you print my own design or logo?
Yes. If you have an STL/3MF file we print it directly; otherwise we design from your sketch or photo and quote a price.
Do you accept returns?
Personalised items (names, logos) cannot be returned by law, but we reprint any defective or damaged piece free of charge. Stock items can be returned within 14 days.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We offer special pricing for 20+ pieces for weddings, events and corporate gifts. Reach us via the contact page.
