Materials and care
This guide explains how to read the material and care information given for Fernex Lab products. Product-specific limits always follow the approved information on the product page.
Material stated on the product
Every product page has a “Materials and care” section. If a material is named there, it has been approved by the business; if not, you can ask in the conversation. This site makes no material claims that are not approved per product.
Cleaning
In general, wiping with a soft, damp cloth is enough. Abrasive sponges and harsh chemicals can damage the surface texture. Dishwasher suitability should not be assumed unless stated for the product.
Heat and water
Layered printed objects should generally be kept away from direct heat sources and prolonged sunlight. Use with water (vases, planters) is appropriate only when stated on the product page.
Lighting products
For lamps, bulb type and power are limited to the values stated on the product page. If nothing is stated, confirm in the conversation; ask before using a different bulb.
